Lets get right to the big 4 fights everyone will be anticipating…..
1.N’DAM VS KID CHOCOLATE-I see Kid Chocolate winning this fight fairly convincingly.N’Dam is an unknown fighter who is considered decent and a tough fighter but I think Quillin is coming into his own and has great skills.Kid Chocolate will batter the body and wear his opponent down here and win round after round.I can see a TKO but most likely a decision win for Quillin.
Winner: Kid Chocolate by UD
2.DEVON ALEXANDER VS RANDALL BAILEY- Randall Bailey will have a hard time connecting that knockout punch on Alexander all night.I think Alexander outworks Bailey pretty much every round. The fight will stay competitive because of the threat of Bailey’s KO power though. But I see Alexander doing what he always does.He will tag Bailey then step out alot and rack up points with the 1-2 and jab.
Winner: Devon Alexander by UD
3.PAULIE MALIGNAGGI VS PABLO CESAR CANO-This fight has Malignaggi-Diaz 2 written all over it.Cano is a decent fighter but Paulie is on a higher level. If Eric Morales can jab Cano’s face to a bloody mess,Malignaggi will land just as much and probably alot more.Cano will have a moment or two but Paulie wins this one going away.
Winner: Paulie Malignaggi by wide UD
4.ERIC MORALES VS DANNY GARCIA-Morales will take a beating in this fight. How can the outcome be any different when Morales is a year older and Garcia is now a champion and his confidence is through the roof.Garcia beats Morales up again and the ref stops it late.
Winner: Danny Garcia by TKO 10Be sure to check out our main site TEAM LEFTJAB at www.leftjaballnightboxing.com where you will see all the latest from The Team LeftJab United Radio Network!

I think everybody but me is picking the quick ( 23-1 ) 13 KO’s Devon Alexander, and why not the kid is good. The boxing world is acting like that 11th rd ko Bailey ( 43-7 ) 37 KO’s put on Mike Jones ( NO NOT THAT MIKE JONES, THIS MIKE JONES ) was luck. If you put your bifocal glasses on and look at his record real good you will see he has 37 KO’s out of 50 fight’s. ( DO THE MATH )! That means watch the hell out for his right hook or just watch out for the right hand period! On Saturday night that is what Devon ‘ The Great ‘ will be doing. I see Alexander avoiding Bailey as much as he can but at the same time trying to use work of his SouthPaw skills and trying to land some points. This fight is going to the cards unless ‘ The Great’s ‘ face walk’s into or shake hands with Bailey’s right hand. Bailey wins by SD. ur boy @dmagicmike88

DING! From the opening bell Rios-Alvarado was everything we expected and more. I loved Rios telling Robert Garcia “I fuckin love this!” in Spanish in between the 1st and 2nd rounds. Rios has an unbelievable chin and it was in full display taking shots from Mile High Mike all night long. I thought Alvarado won the most of the early rounds but noted at no point was any man buckled or staggered or dazed through 5. But in the 6th it all changed, as did the momentum and feel of the fight. Once Rios hurt Alvarado he attacked like a pit bull in a meat locker! He had a second burst of energy and didn’t let up. He forced the stoppage with a controlled effective aggression. It was a great fight and a great win for Rios who in my mind took a great opportunity Saturday night and turned himself into a major star.
Mike Alvarado has nothing to be ashamed of, and fans need to continue to support this tough fighter. I would hope he is not disregarded because he now has a loss on his record. He showed a great chin and was never even knocked down. He was aggressive, showed a willingness to mix it up, and displayed inside and outside skills. He knew to jab and fight outside but his heart wouldn’t let him. His willingness to fight inside was the key to making it the dazzling spectacle it was, but probably lead to his loss. He was actually controlling the fight from the outside, but wasn’t able to decline Rios invitation to trade inside often enough to pull off the victory.
So, unfortunately I have to disagree with my esteemed colleague Magic Mike about the Rios stoppage. I was in my living room screaming,” Take a knee!! TAKE A KNEE!!!” When Alvarado went against the ropes he was providing no offense and little to no defense. Yes he is a WARRIOR, and he could have recovered, but he needed to stop the onslaught that Rios was inflicting. For the first time all night, they were no longer trading punches, Rios was throwing unanswered, and most were landing. As a certified badass, it was obvious Alvarado didn’t know the strategy for this situation, cause a banger like him is never in that situation. His superior chin was his undoing, if he would have fell like Martinez did, he would have had legal time to recover and continue the fight. I personally feel the best call would have been a standing 8 count, but I’m not sure whether that was an option under CA rules. That would have been best but I think the referee made a good stoppage in the interest of fighter safety.Be sure to check out our main site TEAM LEFTJAB at www.leftjaballnightboxing.com where you will see all the latest from The Team LeftJab United Radio Network!
Unfortunately for fight fans who just witnessed one of the great fight this year in Alvarado vs Rios ,they had to endure as the “main event” another boring fight where Nonito Donaire totally outclassed his opponent Nishioka.
Not that it is in any way Donaire’s fault that the fight was getting booed badly the first few rounds. It’s just a case that Donaire is way too talented for his last few opponents and the fights have been uncompetitive.Donaire won each round easily and Nishioka looked scared to open up the first few rounds. This led to him being outworked badly and by being overly defensive it was uneventful.Donaire knocked Nishioka down in the 6th and it waked Nishioka up a bit as he at least tried to fight back. But it was short lived as he was again knocked down in the 9th and Nishioka’s corner threw in the towel. It seemed premature because he didn’t look too hurt and he looked ready to resume fighting. But it wouldn’t have mattered if the fight continued because everytime Nishioka took chances he was knocked down.Total case of a fighter in Nishioka padding his record the last 8 years being undefeated, then when he fights an elite fighter he gets exposed.Be sure to check out our main site TEAM LEFTJAB at www.leftjaballnightboxing.com where you will see all the latest from The Team LeftJab United Radio Network!

I was very impressed with Brandon Rios this past saturday night.I was equally impressed with Mike Alvarado. Both put on a fight of the year war that will no doubt earn them both big fights in the future and most likely a rematch. But the talk of Rios moving up and going after bigger names is interesting. The name I really found to be a good opponent for Rios is Manny Pacquiao.
Pacquiao needs new opponents after Marquez in December.Even if he loses again he still will be a draw especially if he loses a close decision.Marquez will give him hell but won’t knock him out.Brandon Rios on the other hand can knock out Pacquiao.Rios proved that even by getting outworked he has a great chin and the heart of a lion.Pacquiao has had a lack of power in recent fights. The one punch power that flattened Hatton and made Cotto go down to one knee hasn’t been present in the last two years.Put him in the ring with Rios and this could be interesting.Rios will be looking to take his head off. While I see Pacquiao outlanding Rios especially in the early rounds,I wonder how Pacman can handle those thudding body shots and hard right hands.Pacquiao is older and not as slick as he once was so Rios will land some big shots.
As always it all depends on whether Arum will put Pacquiao in with someone like Rios. The mayweather fight is so off the radar for Pacquiao so much so that you don’t even hear fans talk about it anymore. So while Mayweather takes on a young, impressive fighter like Canelo or a P4P top fighter like Sergio Martinez in May 2013, lets see if Pacquiao also steps up and takes on an equally dangerous opponent in Brandon Rios.Be sure to check out our main site TEAM LEFTJAB at www.leftjaballnightboxing.com where you will see all the latest from The Team LeftJab United Radio Network!
In one of the best fights of the year,Brandon Rios made a huge statement by making a great comeback and knocking out Mike Alvarado in the 7th round.
The fight was a slugfest pretty much from the opening bell.Alvarado was more busy outlanding Rios each of the first few rounds as Rios continued to land flush haymakers on Alvarado. It was a war each round with each fighter landing at will on each other.Around the 5th and 6th round I thought Rios was in trouble because he looked exhausted with his mouth open gasping for air and Alvarado being the bigger fighter looked not to be tired at all.Alvarado was starting to put rounds in the bank by using angles and the jab to outland Rios each round. That is until round 7th round when Rios landed a flush right hand and Alvarado stumbled to the ropes.Rios seeing this was his opportunity for a KO went in a missed a few shots but then landed more right to the chin and the ref stopped the fight.
Some fans might think it was an early stoppage and it might have been but I think Alvarado was going down anyway. He had his hands up somewhat but looked dazed and wasn’t effectively blocking the shots.Rios made a huge statement tonight not only by beating a bigger, undefeated fighter in Alvarado. He also proved he has power still after moving up to 140 and his chin held up against bigger, stronger punches. He obviously has a ton of heart also. Now we will wait and see if we get a rematch or Rios against an even bigger name.Be sure to check out our main site TEAM LEFTJAB at www.leftjaballnightboxing.com where you will see all the latest from The Team LeftJab United Radio Network!
|BAM BAM RIOS TELLS JR WELTERWEIGHT DIVISION..”WATCH OUT I AM HERE!”||October 21st, 2012|

October 13th fight between BAM BAM and Mile High lived up to all expectations. If the fight would not have been short changed and stopped early by the Ref maybe just maybe we would have had the Gatti vs Ward comparison everyone has been talking about, cause it sure as HELL! Looked like it until the stop. Now we have Pro Rios fans saying the stoppage was a good stop and we have Pro Alvarado Fans saying that the stop was (WTF!) Uncalled for stoppage.Yes, Mile Migh got his A$$ ROCKED in the 7th rd but, he was not holding on to the ropes and yes, he looked dazed but not dazed for days and trapped in the ropes and stubbling to the canvas as the Super Champ Martinez did when he got (ROCKED-POPPED!) by Chavez Jr in that illusive 12th rd to remember battle that was not STOPPED! Now when Martinez was knocked by Chavez he was dazed out of his mind also he was camped out in the ropes before stubbling and ended up knocked down to the ground and there was no Stoppage. All of this is my opinion and how I feel the fight could have gone on and should have gone on even though Rios hurt Mike but, if It would have played out and the fight went on Mike would he have gained his Composure and Fought like the Champ that he is.
This is what Mile High had to say after the fight “He shook me up a little bit but, I though that the fight was stopped a little too early I could have gone on, and I would have got my head back into it, I was surprised about the stoppage. It was only a couple of shots” Even Rios acknowledged that the fight was stopped early. Now after hearing that maybe he could have been rallied back but, now it’s done and in the books. Mile High is a Warrior and a Future Contender and I tip my hat off to the Kid, No I tip my hat off to both of these future Big Money named fighters. These guys fought like ROCKY and If I ever find one of these guys in a “PUB” I’m for sure buying a couple of drinks “LIMITING” of course if they are in Training“. Now before I start off about Rios let me just say to you Alvarado you fought Valiantly Saturday night “NO SHAME IN YOUR GAME” people will try to avoid you Brother, Now let Magic Mike do some talking about this Bad A$$ kid from Lubbock, Texas fighting out of Oxnard Cali. Brandon “Bam Bam” Rios. He showed me up I knew the kid had some good-great skills but, he came in showing he is” Prime Time Big Time Baby”. So, after this personal advertisement of strength skills and perseverance Rios is Most Def at 140 and he is not going back down Baby Boom! with all the strenght he showed us and that chin of steel “Take note Amir Khan” he can handle even a move up to 147 but, slow the gas a little bit and lets have Rios conquer the 140 first but, DAMN! did he show skills so, who is next in line? for this Power Puncher who is it going to be, is the winner of the Marquez vs Pacman fight?, and if Marquez finally gets a win off of Pacman like he did before but, they gave it to Pacman. Will the future hall of fame fighter Marquez fight Rios or will he retire and if Marquez does retire glory to him it was a great ride. So, lets go to Pacman if he wins the fight what is PacMan gonna do? is he finally gonna fight Mayweather or will he leave Top Rank or will he go on retire to Politics? So, after talking with my boy CEO of Tru Boxing Headz Inc., were discussing over the phone who should be in line next for Rios he is saying that Danny Swift should be next which would be a good fight. I think it’s too early and I dont think that they will give him this fight this soon and also, due to promotional issues but, yes that would be the fight that we want and the fans would LOVE to see. Zab Judah is a waist of time for him that leaves Lamont Petterson which I see as a good fight and knowing both styles of each of theses fighters I can see Rios taking this fight and walking away with that belt no, should I say run away with Pettersons belt #Bang #Bang I mean #BAM #BAM LOL!! Well I had $$$$ on Mile High and I wish the Ref would have let it play out a little longer. So not only am I out money but I lost a vase cause after the stop Magic Mike kicked the dog and threw a vase, but that’s how I am.
So all in all what a HELL of a fight from hese two guys! #BOOM Well alright my BOXHEAD FREAKS that is it and don’t forget my boy #TK Malignaggi is vs Mexico’s Cano next week in BK as he defends his WBA WelterWeight Title. Shoutout to my Brothers at @1FutureLegend you gotta check out that gear if your a TRU BOXHEAD!!! www.FutureLegend.com Later done and out ur boy @dmagicmike88Be sure to check out our main site TEAM LEFTJAB at www.leftjaballnightboxing.com where you will see all the latest from The Team LeftJab United Radio Network!
